My name is Jenny and I have had a love of dogs since I was very small.  Unable to own a dog myself, I became the 'dog sitter' where I lived and walked numerous dogs of all breeds belonging to other people gradually learning how they 'tick'.

I have now taken that love one step further, although a lot later in life, and have become a qualified instructor and behaviourist.  There is no greater joy to me than starting out with a dog who has problems and transforming it into a well behaved pet that the owners can enjoy.

Obviously, Rome was not built in a day and I cannot wave a magic wand to change a dog in five minutes.   It takes kindness, patience and perseverance to change a dog's behaviour - not just by me but also by the owner(s).

I am willing to come and meet with you and your dog to assess the situation and then tailor the training requirements around that assessment, taking into account the age of the dog, the owner's other commitments and general observations.

I am the proud owner of a 3 year old Black Labrador called Bonnie, who, and I may be biased here, is absolutely gorgeous.  When Bonnie was ten months old she went through various tests and became a Pets as Therapy dog and now goes to hospitals, old people's homes and anywhere that would benefit from her visits.  She has a very gentle nature and is loved by all who come into contact with her.

I also volunteer for the Labrador Rescue Centre, assessing dogs that need rehoming and visiting prospective homes to see if they are suitable to take on the commitment of, what is effectively, a 5 stone puppy for life!.
